Probably from the bits and pieces that surface after Bush makes declarations based on the information he has, which prove he was not being truthful.

Like his statement "Iraq in 1998 was "six months away" from developing a nuclear weapon", which he said was based on a report by International Atomic Energy Agency. The Agency later denied ever having issued such a report.
