We're not threatened by Iraq, neither are our neighbors. And it's a violation of international law to do to Iraq what Iraq did to Kuwait. b) Have all remedies to avoid the war have been exhausted? This hasn't happened. The evidence for this rests with 13 of the UN Security Council's 15 members wanting to continue with inspections coupled with containment. c) Will waging the war itself create worse harms than not having the war? Consider the present terrorism alert now on high which the moment the bombs fall will raise to severe. Hundreds if not ranging near a million people will die from the war. How many will die without the war?
