I agree, but I'm not too conerned about that... what I am hoping for here is a repeat of what we saw in the 80s with PCs, except for the internet.... first a frothy bubble period for pcs, then a total crash into the mid 80s with no jobs, and a resergence with the strong companies like msft leading.

I am looking for technology to lead us out of this funk in a few years (I'm talking profits not stock prices here), I think we have the model T of the internet. I just don't want overwhelming deficits between now and then. Consumer growth is a nice addon but no substitute for multinational sales of high tech and mfg goods. Well heres hoping.
