Hard to believe things are that lax now. When I first arrived at bootcamp, I remember one of the recruits in our platoon crying and going on how he wanted to go home. This lasted about a week and they took him out of our platoon. Close to graduation I saw him again in a platoon about a month behind ours. That's one thing about bootcamp, the government will give you extra time to get through it if you need it. Most recruits want to get through as quickly as possible and not be setback. * * *
