I have no idea why anyone would use the word sham. The word sham does not appear in the article you posted.

The taking heads of the Guardian have an opinion. OK Dozens of facts were presented showing current images and conversations. Have any facts been contradicted. Has any information on all those copied pages been refuted.

And the guy who wrote that obscure document is now famous. So much for no compensation. The brit s looks tacky, so what.

The case made is the case made. I don't see a sham, I see unrefuted analysis and facts.

When Tom Clancy wrote his first novel's, the DOD interviewed him to find out how he new such accurate details. I worked on the MK-48 and the adcap mk-48. I know why they asked him questions. I was enthralled by the technical realism of the scenario he penned. BTW, the technology behind the last several of Clancy's novels is quite sloppy. The hunt for Red October, WOW.
