I know what you mean, but I used to feel the same way about the Catholic Church.

When I was a kid, before Vatican II, we were taught that non-Catholics were going straight to hell. Not sure whether we still believe that, but we're certainly too polite to say it anymore. Baptists, on the other hand, are still allowed to say that Catholics are going straight to hell. And of course, both Catholics and Baptists think that Muslims are going straight to hell, and the Muslims think the same thing in return.

All of these being religions of peace, as long as you agree with them.
