The tax cut helps the affluent the most because they pay most of the taxes (obviously). What is kind of funny is that I did not make nearly as much in 2002 as I did in 2001. My wife stopped working to raise our kid, and my sales wern't as good. What I learned (confirmed) is that the middle class doesn't pay squat to live in this great country. THEY DON'T NEED A TAX BREAK. It is a bargain to live in America if you are "middle class". The good news is that I am getting a giant check (relatively speaking) back from George and from Grey. I think I will from now on try NOT TO MAKE AS MUCH, because I can live comfortably and pay a much more reasonable some for doing so. If I tweak my income a bit more, and have one more kid, I will almost be tax free. HOORAY!
