Your rambling dissertations are not really helping. Statements like,

"... If you truly believe that, and your persistent anecdotes and quotes from Inside Intel suggests you do, then short the stock or don't invest at all. ..."

is like telling the victim of a knife attack to stop bitching and get a band aid and it was your fault for coming in this neighborhood,

and I think it upsets Carl and this thread to see your brow beating and I know it torques MY jaws

especially after your stating, "this is not the appropriate medium to be confrontational about these concerns.".

I may not agree with Carl's questions, but he has the right to ask them and to encourage others to ask, which is what he is doing.

RE:"The first thing you can try is to drop altogether the notion of crooked execs. If you truly believe that, and your persistent anecdotes and quotes from Inside Intel suggests you do, then short the stock or don't invest at all. Continued baseless accusations are FUD, plain and simple. Either relate it to investing, or drop the nonsense."

Seems to me that the public has done just what you suggested. Sold and is not investing at all.

Now gee, All the inner circle dudes are just great, done nothing wrong. Plenty of stock options still being handed out. I'm sure you have a few. That's OK too...been doing it for years.

I ask again, who is going to buy the stock so you can dump your freebie options at a decent price? Cat's out of the bag man...everything was fine when it was going up, no mas.

Can you say, $14.99? $9.99?

Jim

PS...and what about a financial planner? How in the world can he recommend a stock when he knows it's being diluted and looted by the good old boys? Someone needs to take a long hard look.
Another thing that seems odd is that I though the structure at Intel was based on equality. One where everyone had a cubicle...even the inner circle. This made the workers think they were part of the and whole somewhat equal. Man was that a joke. I can imagine the morale problems coming from this.
