But it is funny when a state makes a law that is against federal law.

Speaking from a strictly Constitutional view, it is not a Federal concern unless it involves intrastate transactions.

Within the state, the state government is sovereign.

But then, that assumes that the Fed gov't is Constitutional, which it ain't.

Legalization will saves us a boat load of tax money and will be
a good source of revenue for the states.
But it sure will put a lot of DEA folks out of business along with the gun manufacturers.
