It is a legal matter that should be decided based on the circumstances, just as is true of any crime. There are likely mitigating factors in most abortions that would reasonably disallow our punishing the woman overmuch. Indeed, in view of her likely duress, her “punishment,” may be mere counseling, public service or some other rehabilitative measure. The bastard who should be killed is the person who actually does the murder-- the fiendish abortionist. Anyone who guts children for a living obviously exists in a perpetual state that is contrary to man.

"should the women that have them be put on trial for Murder? Maybe give them the death penalty"

That seems a bit extreme gerard. Abortion is a tricky issue. I just think it should be discussed in actual terms. Not phony ones like "Pro Choice". That is as if people who are against abortion do not like freedom. And it belittles the importance of human life in general. To let people survive is a simple a "choice" to be made. Ridiculous imo.

Note that this started based on the idiotic comparison of an innocent fetus and a person guilty of murder (at least) made by Mr. Paw. Generally death penalty candidates are guilty of murder with special circumstances, and usually those circumstances have to do with putting the victim through some unpleasant situations before they kill them. If Tiger Paw insists on these circumstances being morally equal, and he is for abortion, then the murderers should get the same result as someone who has an abortion. Which is nothing. Murder would be legal.

I only started this because those types of comparisons are insanely wrong, and people who make them should be exposed for the hypocritical idiots that they are. Your continuing of the comparison makes you suspect. Just to reiterate it, human fetuses are EXTREMELY INNOCENT, and death row inmates are EXTREMELY GUILTY. Let me know if you continue having trouble seeing the distinction between the two.
