I'm sure you can find some numbers from reading some of the below:

You can make numbers read any way you want them to, period.

I have a question: After the Gulf War in 1991, and dumbshit blew up all the oil wells, causing the great environmental concerns, we were told at the time the problems these fires caused would show up in approximately 8 to 9 years.

Have we not been in a drought for the past 2 to 3 years ?

I suppose those numbers are wrong: that there is some other MAJOR reason as to why the drought is here to the extent it is. Do you even have a drought in the N/E USA ? We do here.

Am I saying Hussein's idiocy caused our drought ? Who knows for sure, but I think it's a fair bet that it is a major contributing factor.
And now I suppose you will go pull the 'Farmer's Almanac' and tell us drought was predicted 100 years ago, right ?

The countries that are on the fence, or are against war, DO have something to worry about, regardless of if the moron chooses to blow up his wells, someone else's wells, or if he just chooses to do some nuclear or biological crap.
