I think this is a great strategy, BTW -- sell 'em when the premie is high buy back when the premie collapses. GFI is a great stock for this -- wish I'd done this on all the shares I have.

One position i started in GFI with a cost basis in the 8's -- gotta be in the 4's now. When you can get a couple of pts for 4-6 months for an OTM (1-1.5 pts) option, seems dumb not to sell them to me -- who gives a rip if your called??!! IF you can get 3 pts for at ATM call -- even better.

But you make a good observation in the short term -- the premie has collapsed ... hmmmm.
