"When one of your relatives is that sick....you will eat your foolish words...."

I lost my mom to cancer when she was 47 (I was 20). I know what it is like to have a sick relative. Don't think she would have been much better off by smoking out. I really don't.

"Of course ALCOHOL makes people VIOLENT and destroys FAMILIES and KILLS INNOCENTS IN AUTOS, but who cares.....?"

I already told you that alcohol does far more damage than pot. We agree on this Chris. Also like I said, this is just a ploy to legalize pot. Say you want to legalize it, and just be up front. The people that want it legalized don't want to say that (because the public doesn't support the position), so they say it is a medical miracle. Then once it is accepted as a harmless pain killer/appetite enhancer they will take it to the next step. I don't really blame them for trying, but as I said, I don't have much sympathy for them when they are busted. It is against federal law, and that is where it should be changed.

Pot btw does not make people violent as alchohol does. Nobody has ever died from pot EVER (unless you count falling asleep at the wheel or some secondary cause). Can't say the same for alcohol or tobacco. Not even close.
