Ork, I think Krudlow's twin brother has a piece in today's Barrons. Read this first paragraph and you will know without any DNA test it has to be a twin.

THE SICK MAN OF THE ECONOMIC RECOVERY -- capital investment -- finally seems well and walking. For the first time since third quarter 2000, spending on plant and equipment rose in the fourth quarter, at a 3.0% annual rate. And with the January reading on the Institute for Supply Management index of manufacturing still solidly in plus territory, capital investment should see even better days in the current quarter.
