Biggie Food replies: If you don't like the taste of Victory Gin, you can leave the planet. Far be it from anyone to start a foodchain based on pure foods, non-hybrid depleted, non genetically modified, non pesticide and herbicide soaked, and non fertilizer-grown. People just haven't the choices in the markets or they would change to organic in a heartbeat. Merikan beer is not as well preserved or as fresh tasting because it is long stored, and has less alcohol. Beer in Britain tastes much better because it is locally brewed in just the right quantities for local consumption, so it is always fresh. It need less fines for preservation. West coast apples in the US are flooded with Clinton Apples, mass harvesting and dumping as well as illegal labeling by Chinese favoured trading partners. Chinese use pesticides of the worst sort indiscriminately and I would not be too keen on eating them. Willy-Nilly.

Now that they have proven that grape concentrates reduce your colon cancer risk by 60%, and two glasses of alcohol a day reduce your stroke risk by 70%, it will become mandatory for all to become Two-Glass-A-Day Winos. Lot less work than walking all the way to the nearest organic grocer. Man that's work. The LCBO is a lot closer. I wonder if the wines they sell have ever seen a grape, or they are chemical wines. Got to watch statistics. It seems that they also seemed to divine that stroke reduction can be due to not shaving, as people who shaved regularly had fewer strokes by a wide margin. They discounted all lifestyle associations with those who did not shave, or the fact hat they might have higher testosterone and needed to shave too often, or had bad skin..etc.. it was to to with shaving.. and they find that Immigrants to Denmark no matter what they nationality had a higher rate of schizophrenia. I noted that with immigrants to Canada too. I wonder what it would be? Shave, drink wine (no more than two glases.. is seems..) and do not immigrate. Stay healthy and sane. EC<:-}
