Only thing is have not seen rallies with lower bollinger stretched so much away from the price..think we have more work to do on downside before any type of rally. Alternatively we only rally (i mean REALLY rally) AFTER opex.

i have analyzed the rydex data and my read concludes the dramatic increase in assets and recent influx of bear money to NOT represent smart money. imo, the smart money was already positioned. they would not enter at this point in the decline.

further evidence corroborating this data is the 10 and 20 DMA's on the p/c ratio. this also argues that we have enough rocket fuel to stop this decline and propel it upwards.

i am not calling an intermediate term bottom but am willing to consider it as a possibility. I am glad to be long at this point. that's a tremendous amount of rydex money and it's powder can supply an upward lift for a good period of time. if external forces cooperate, the lift would be more exponential than additive.
