Yes.

Iraq has a history of aggression toward its neighbors and sits astride the second largest oil reserve and is next to the largest. For over 12 years it has failed to comply with the agreements it made to end the Gulf War...has fired on our planes in the No-Fly zone, etc. There is strong evidence of their ties to terrorist organizations. Hamas has offices in Baghdad for instance, there is evidence of links to Al Quaeda....they are state sponsors of terror....
Every further day of delay is another day when a deadly technology or weapon could be passed to terrorists....but most importantly...this is a pay me now or pay me later situation....as we can see by the example of NK....we need to act now BEFORE Saddam gets nukes ...because once he has them he has the means to hold the world economy hostage....and 12 years of defiance is enough....
