John, that news could negate that lower gap. If this thing really does have a huge revenue stream coming in I would suggest the gap at 8 is one gap that is not going to close. Note that I am a HUGE fan of gap closings. QCOM has gaps at 12 and 18 that I am sure will close.

John, "it's anyone's guess now"

I think the key word there is now.

I presumed that the person asking about the stock was asking about its immediate future in the next several days, not its long term prospects, and my answer was geared to the short term future only. I was not implying that it was a LT hold for months or years. If one is long that stock and is prudent I suppose he'll evaluate its behavior if or when it reaches the 35 area.

Heck, almost every stock's chart looks bad LT right now. Look at the charts mish posted a few days ago on GE.http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=18535084

Charts that look good on the weekly going back a few years are few and far between, and frankly I can't think of any at this time.

The fundamentals superficially look very fair value for this stock but the chart does look dodgy....
