The Bush bear-market:

From Dec 12, 2000 i.e. the day Bush was appointed President by the Supreme Court, the Dow is down 27%, the S&P 500 is down over 39% and the Wilshire 5000 is down almost 38%.

By the end of this year, the numbers are likely to be 35 to 40 percent for the Dow and 50 to 55 percent for the S&P500/Wilshire-5000. Good luck blaming this mess on the previous administration!
