"WE the people of California and other states have VOTED and DECIDED that here we want people to have this alternative" What percentage of people who use pot legally in CA do so for necesary health reasons? I think the reason the feds are pissed is because a LOT of them (I'm not sure on the percentage) are using it as an excuse to smoke pot legally. I've never met anyone who needed it for health reasons. And I have seen people on TV argue that you should be able to have pounds of the stuff per month, and that want you to be able to grow hundreds of plants. You seem to have some knowledge of the situation, and if you do, you know that is ABSURD. The stuff is quite powerful now-a-days. An ounce a month would be MORE THAN ENOUGH for the sickest of sick.
