yes, I certainly agree with the theory, but no use getting run over by a freight train. dividend is not due again until April . ex-div date will be a week or so earlier. NLY announced earnings of 60 cents, so one would expect a dividend around 55 to 60 cents - price will adjust downward between now and then -no advantage getting in too early
