Ironically, Dr. Carl Lampert - who is falsely credited with endorsing SPD by RFI stock promoters - opined that electrochromics can be used for the "widest variety of applications" in a paper submitted to a convention (held in Tempere, Finlad in mid-June 1999) for the glass processing industry. June 2002:WOODBURY, NY, June 12, 2002 - Research Frontiers Incorporated (Nasdaq: REFR), the developer and licensor of SPD light-control technology, has established an Advisory Board of professionals from various industries. Robert L. Saxe, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Research Frontiers commented: "Research Frontiers is a much different company today than it was even one year ago. After many years of developing our versatile SPD light-control technology, and then establishing a solid manufacturing supply infrastructure, products using SPD technology are now being mass-produced. Our success is not only attributable to the hard work of our employees and those of our licensees, but also from being able to draw upon the expertise of outside advisors. Our new Advisory Board which is composed of highly qualified experts, will continue this process and emphasizes our desire to solicit the best technological and marketing advice we can obtain." Are you defending his reluctance by attacking me? This is not about a "pet" stock. This is about serious market manipulation and defamation. Asensio was hired to extort shares from management and they were told if they didn't comply he would relentlessly attack them. Do you think that is okay? Do you condone those tactics? Your next door neighbor isn't on the internet soliciting investors to write to him for information about fraud. Your next door neighbor isn't contacting customers of licensees and making defamatory statements. Don't you see the difference? This isn't about Wexler's opinion, it's about his real intention and connections. His opinion of the stock has already been disproven. Even he can't defend it with any facts. ND
