If I understand you correctly, 30 years of capitalism will do what 40 years of communal-socialism failed to do, namely break up the country that is 86% (and rising) dependent on domestic economic activities, after buildout of 300 years worth of pent-up demand of infrastructure and private housing is completed in merely 20 years for 1.3 billion folks?
