Huawei has 10,000 engineers and a huge cost advantage -- they are not CSCO, but you can be sure that CSCO considers them to be one hell of a competitive threat. CSCO cannot afford to be asleep at the switch -- I guess they would share you antiquated views of China if the sum total of their experience in China was a ride in a Rolls in Hong Kong 25 years ago. I think you will find that the prospect Chinese competition keeps them up at night -- and it should.
