The analysis in that article seems reasonable and rational. Free informed people choosing to live where their children can get a better education. I guess all villages are not created equal.

As I've stated before, I figure America is where the most informed folks are. A year plus ago I came across an article in National Geographic. I was stunned at the gap in have and have not. Germany and France are well down in the have nots.
acute.ath.cx shows how far ahead of the world America is in online information. I see this as only becoming a wider divide.
