The lack of buying can be:

- Fear of Equities in general,

- Fear of Iraqi oil flooding the market and dropping oil to <$20WTI, everyone knows this will happen,

- Fear that there are no prospects,

- Fear that no price for NG will revive drilling substantially.

We are in a very similar position now to June 2000 as far as present and expected future activity levels.

We need to discern the rate of change in drilling activities. By May NBR is ~$45, I am not betting it wont go to $33 again though.
