I do. The French oil companies Elf and Total have both contracts and offices in Baghdad.

ShiloCat..There is a fair bit of info here about iraq oil and who gets it including the USA.

" The largest of Iraq's oilfields slated for post-sanctions development is Majnoon, with reserves of 12-20 billion barrels of 28o-35o API oil, and located 30 miles north of Basra on the Iranian border. French company TotalFinaElf reportedly has signed a deal with Iraq on development rights for Majnoon. "

Iraq has threatened France for years over it's oil contracts (current and potential)

Here's some stuff from 1999, so one would think they would be doing some business with Saddam since then:
