KT, thanks. Mutual fund cash levels were much higher back then near 13% at some point in 1990 now we know cash is trash -g- . It is conceivable that the current expectations of a war rally will be disappointed. The gold market will not top until the hottest thread on SI is Knighty Tins Goldbugs Den -g- BTW PE on the S&P is much higher on a trailing GAAP basis but people prefer to hear promises about the future rather than failures of the past -g- mike
