Jay

I am not being sensitive? just stated an observation based on similar responses from Chinese. Whenever I post some press from an outside China source showing China in any negative light I ALWAYS get defensive replies from Chinese, they never seem to agree no matter the level of comment?

Can you explain that to me? Are you Chinese American? Do you see any concerns ahead for China?

In fact tonight I am having dinner with two relatively senior managers from Microsoft who are both Chinese, one orignally from Thailand, the other from India, so I will certainly have to bring this up in discussion.

Regards

Don

>>There is no inflation in China of goods or services at this time, other than personal income, driven on by productivity gains, which is not precisely inflation. <<

Jay, how come I read (from the US media) that the service cost in China inflated a great deal (almost daily) and I even stated this in one of post, hehe? I personally have not gone back for almost 7 years now, but I plan for a visit China late this year.
