... we were able to win the war of Independence against all the Arab armies with practically nothing but willpower and fearlessness. The fact that the Zionists had better weaponry than the Arabs was a factor, too. -g- But he is right, though. The Zionists won that war primarily because they were more committed to winning it. The Palestinians had no army and few weapons, and the neighboring Arab countries had little interest in the war. Tom
