Bruce,
.
Eventhought i'am not qualified to comment based on my near
total lack of anything related to good mining, and especially
the companies whom have trading shares on exchanges,
i would like to ask a few questions.
.
Is the Northern Miner a web site, of which i am sure it is,
could you mention its history if it existed in print only
before the pc & internet allowed what we have today.
.
i could ask if its a "free" site like Bob's that obtains revenue
from selling ads, or is it a pay to join site. This issue to me
is quite ridiculous as some like onelong richard seems to demand
full disclosure from those that mention any trading activity as
information for others to obtain and use for their own trading.
To me everyone here has agenda to maximize their profits,
and will use whatever means they deem in line with whatever
values they hold as "the good" for themselves, which does
sometimes carry over into a religion type stand that they have
the correct values, and others need to convert or acknowledge
that they are sinners and dishonest etc etc.
.
re: publish the 2003 recommendations of 5 junior mining stock
<<analysts>>, namely
Kaiser,
Poirier,
Bishop,
Mustard
and Roulston.
But they are missing the best! [Claude Cormier]
.
Is Bishop the Jim Bishop of TGL here and on eyeHub ?
.
What about Russ Winter and gold_tutor (o49r) and others
like 4Figureau and Jim Steel and Bob Johnson and many more
that i'am clueless on since i don't trade and only glance these
threads looking for mention of my pennies.
.
To me Russ Winter's picks would be more useful than those of
Claude Cormier being restricted by this for sale newsletter
in the sence that Russ's are more "real time" as he will play
these everyday based on immediate information, versus those
picks by a for pay newsletter person looking into the future
and idsclosing the names after his or her subscribers get them.
.
Guess i'am saying that the mentioned
re: publish the 2003 recommendations of 5 junior mining stock
has little value except for those that want a very long term hold
as in years without any concern for trading in and out, like a father
might gather into a child's nest to help with college costs while
the son or daughter is still in grade school (aka) GE, IBM types.
.
Maybe i'am saying that
"But they are missing the best!"
is correct when directed for a pay to obtain real time picks
using Claude Cormier's newsletters, but the
"becomes part of this panel next year."
i see as an empty honor to obtain.
.
Since this post of mine here has taken a nasty flavor,
and i didn't mean it to, please let me suggest something
that is more in line with my attitude here,
in that start a thread here on Si that will follow the
Northern Miner
re: publish the 2003 recommendations of 5 junior mining stock
<<analysts>>, namely
Kaiser,
Poirier,
Bishop,
Mustard
and Roulston.
and when that list is published ask everyone on Russ's
and 4Figureau's thread to name their own picks in a type
of a contest without a prize except bragging rights.

If you want to "sign" the petition to include Claude on the list of analysts for next years panel, please post a message to JP here:

Message 18555071

He will write the letter to the Northern Miner with the list of AKAs.
