The photos and recordings were recent. Doesn't matter to Ameroca's critics though. They ask, how do we know whose voice is on the tape? or how do we know what that picture is of?, etc. With a closed minded attitude like that, courts would never be able to convict a criminal. A juror could just say, how do I know that eye-witness isn't lying? Unwillingness to accept evidence proves nothing except that one has a closed mind.
