LOL.. Powell was convinced by PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH. Therefore Powell trusts the judgement of PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH.

It is good that PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH brought around Powell to a realistic assessment.

Otherwise you would still be ignorant of this true danger seen early by PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH.

The above is silly, but it is the only rational way to interpret you statements. LOL I doubt you can understand the above logic.

The true genius of leadership is knowing how to get the right people in the right place at the right time.

In the scheme of things PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH is only interested in what is best for all Americans. Even the really dumb ones to stupid to save themselves.

"Right now what I would like most is for Powell to take a lead role in US foreign policy and Bush to recede back into the sidelines and come out for a photo-op."

Sweet dreams.

Interesting poll.

And I've got to say I agree. Powell's speech to the UN Security Council this week was the pivot point for me as well. I'd love nothing more than to have Bush fade into the background and let Powell do what he was chosen to do: defend the country and its interests during a diplomatically complex and globally treacherous time in history.

But he's not gonna, unfortunately.
