I doubt if you can even guess...<smile> It is much worse than what you can guess.... I was recently thrown together with an young Israeli guy for almost 4 week, we were in a group. He had just finished his college and was taking this 6 months trip to US before he started work in Israel. He said he never remembered having a life except for these 6 months....and he had never met anyone there who could talk beyond survival and police and death. The weeks with us were among his last few in US. On the last day, as he waved goodbye, he kept repeating I love you's....kept crying and wishing he could stay. This is the price of living in an armed society... *BTW: he wore a chain with pendent that had Christ & Allah inscribed on it. There are secular, peace loving Israeli's too....
