Hello Don, I find it amusing that reporters and academics are favoring the communist even distribution of income approach to economic development, forgetting how successful capitalism has been. If only folks can report without editorialize, research without pre-mature judgement, and not forgetting such matters as stage of development in relation to stats and trends, but we must deal with what we have and then watch the machinery do its inexorable work:0) Here is a random search of the net.
