(You probably don't remember Everett Dirkson.) OTOH, something tells me that appearences make a big difference now, with the buying public. Now tell me, who wants to buy stock and be treated like a 3rd class citizen? (sucker) Common stock shareholders always get the short end of the stick when push comes to shove.
