Seriously, there is much more to competence and success then "intelligence". Few people are endowed without some questionable personal qualities, Clinton notwithstanding.

You clearly may be in the imbecile category. There's a very important set of constitutional type documents that’s driving the president. Saddam has none. What is your point here? I'm sure Saddam is smarter at doing what he's doing than Bush is at doing what he's doing. This has nothing to do with being smart. The US military is smart as well.
