Dave, have been to Sedona and you are 100% right about beautiful place and would be more so if not so commercial. Very reflective place for the soul.

Agree about leaving market if not productive. I have taken up painting recently as something new to escape to. People should have more enjoyable things in their lives then just making $$. We all need an escape from pressures of life.

I have been thinking of totally cashing out. Market way too volatile of late. I wish those all the best that stick it out successfully. I am not that much of an expert to make enough to stay in it if it doesn't pick up soon
