THC , i don't think we "installed" any Warlords ...

... warlords are a fact and fabric of that culture and way of life over there and how they govern themselves
in the regional tribal outlands etc.

You don't just walk in and undo that overnight , not in a country that size and in such a primitive & "set" culture.

But the Al_Quaida & Taleban are not roaming very free and publicly now , and that's all we need to know for now .
