No, I'd say he was not judging from the limited information you have presented. If you know sin and see another who advocates that sin, that is the person put out of the church. That is not judging a person who is a sinner and is attempting to be better. That is putting out and avoiding someone who preaches sin as good. Several unknowing scum's preach killing children is good on this thread. The idea is you donot judge the heart of man, but you must evaluate his actions. And actions that are sin should be denounced as sin.
