I suggest it should be held in one of the following places:

1. In a tent at the former site of the WTC.
2. In the Moscow theater house recently attacked.
3. In a tent at the former Bali Hotel that was attacked.
4. In Kashmir with India acting as host.
5. In Jerusalem with Israel acting as host.
6. At the DMZ between North and South Korea

Any other opinions???
