Hey, I think you've found a new fad diet idea, "How to eat all the cookies you want and never feel full." Kind of a binge and purge thing, huh? You know those approaches have serious medical side effects, don't you? ;-)

PS: You can't call it "canslim" - that name is taken. Something about lightening your load by climbing the food pyramid. It seems that one has side effects, too. Sometimes leads to sudden, excessive weight loss. <VBG>
