Kevin,

There are no REFR "shills." What bothers you so much about independent investors investigating what appears to be some market manipulation in their stock trading? Anyone is welcome to short or go long any stock but Bill Wexler solicited REFR investors to write to him so he could send them his "report" on the "fraud." Now he backs away from dealing with the reality that NONE of the licensees have backed up his claims and the production of SPD technology has begun with several licensees publicly stating how they expect it to be in several products, the lastest of which is boat windows.

asensioexposed.com brings to light a lot of information that small investors should know and a lot of documented "coincidences" involving Asensio, Wexler and West Highland. Asensio admitted under oath that Wilkins helped him write some reports. I am struck, as other REFR investors are, by the similarities between Asensio's reports on REFR and by Wexler's accusations. He admitted going to Florida to check out Inspectech. Said he had a "real scoop" and yet nothing materialized.

The SEC is already looking into the activity of hedge funds. Bill has already admitted "pooling" money. I think it all bears further scrutiny and people should read asensioexposed.com and see the documentation. There also a place where you can forward it on to regulators and express your outrage that someone with a conviction was given a broker's license.
asensioexposed.com

It's time to clean up the street. Not all shorts and hedge funds are dirty but the ones who are have a huge effect on investing and the economy.

Kevin...

>>The real question, however, is beginning to look like, how independent was Wexler?<<

Between how independent was Wexler and who is Wexlar, I am beginning to think there is a real possibility for Electronic Arts to publish a game call "Who in the World is Bill Wexler?"

Wasn't there a very successful game called "Where in the World is Carmen Santiago?" Think of the possibilities. ONe could search all the message boards, yellow pages, Hedge funds, etc.

I am not a gamer but I think it has possibilities!

Cheers

Bob T.

Laugh it off if you want Kevin but it has to be just a matter of time before a few of the companies on that list convince the Naz or SEC to investigate.

Not all of the companies Wexler maligned were fraud companies. Many were simply too small to withstand the onslaught. If in fact it turns out there was some sort of organized collusion, this could become very ugly.

I've never been convinced that the world needed a self promoter like Wexler to presage the doom of lightly traded small caps.

Nor have I been very impressed by his results since I've observed him. If there has been collusion, then so much the less.

The term "shills" is a double edged sword used very effectively by Wexler but it cuts both ways.

I offered to meet Dixon face-to-face several times (she claims to live in San Francisco and I have a home there). I really have no clue why she doesn't want to meet me. I already met two posters from SI (Bill Ulrich and Kevin Watson) at Fog City Diner in San Francisco.

I don't bite, and I think I'm a nice person. In fact I *like* Dixon (after all, she generously gave me some money by being the other side of my trade).
