Do you post on iHub?
I like it in that you can easily post charts there. There is usually not a lot of negative chatter there either, just good posts :^)

Feb 10, 2003 (The Business Press - Knight Ridder/Tribune Business News via
COMTEX) -- LIFEPOINT SEEKS NEW LENDER: LifePoint Inc. in Ontario (AMEX: LFP)
announced Jan. 31 that its lender will not extend $7.5 million available under
an agreement announced late last year.

In November, LifePoint closed on the initial $2.5 million tranche of a $10
million working capital line, according to a release. The company believes that
due to a change in internal investment parameters and management, the investor
has decided not to extend the additional $7.5 million available under the credit
facility.

The existing $2.5 million already drawn will remain in place in accordance with
its terms. LifePoint is seeking another source of financing to replace the
credit facility, according to LifePoint officials.

The maker of drug and alcohol testing equipment is attempting to cut costs by
making the jump from research and development to manufacturing and marketing
equipment.
