I don't do consumer or retail work in China Bill and I am not interested in doing a research project for you -- but I am in China for a considerable period of time each year and I do go out to eat and drink. You are just an uninformed person with no direct connection to the situation -- what makes it funny is that you are clearly wrong about the way it is NOW and have no idea how far off the mark you are because you have never even been there once, and you have no idea where it is going -- not even a clue. But that does not stop you from trying to tell the world that you know better, including the thousands of companies that are going to China who have actually been to China and done their homework.
