There is judging the acts and judging the soul. The original post you made did not differentiate clearly IMO. So I wrote a clarification.

I believe my distinction applies to all you have posted.

In English we have words that can have many different meanings. In Hebrew I believe there are 5 or 7 words used for our word love. I don't know if judgement has different words. But the nuance of meaning may become less clear in translations.
