Meaningless.

Just about everyone knows that the time for words is over, probably has been over for months, and we are speeding down a freeway to war with no offramps.

As before, Saddam will probably make some dramatic gesture, which the U.S. will ignore, right before the bombs start falling. If Saddam wanted to stop the war, he had to do it before we had 150,000 troops on his borders.

Mike, I think the only way Saddam can get out of us occupying Iraq, (and it is just about down to that as a needed war plan) is to leave.
