We have a definitional problem. A might-be-a-human is different than a human, IMO. Using modern technology, the end of my finger might-be-a-human. I'm not advocating infanticide or embrionicide as a primary means of birth control - it is inelegant and ineffective - the morality is a very difficult and contentious element.
