Bill,

If it were just an innocent boxing of a position that would be one thing but GBIC was hired in 2001 to sit at the offer whenever REFR had news. THey shorted 36,000 shares in one hour then blanketed the boards with negative posts. The stock went from 20 to 10 and then Asensio went to REFR management and said if they didn't sell his friends shares to cover he would go after them.

Do you think THAT is innocent?

Bill, if there is an organized effort to sell shares short and to fill the Internet waves with false negative innuendo then it clearly is illegal. If there is this kind of collusion it should be abhorrent to every legitimate investor, long or short.
