According to Rumsfeld, US can have 3 wars and win them all...he said it's a no-brainer thing...nuke one here nuke one there and be home for dinner time...

it's no doubt the "Axis of Evil" speech was a major blunder. there's no reason to put those countries on high alert for perceived US intervention later. the move on Iraq may also have something to do with the directive that US won't be allowed to maintain bases in Saudi Arabia within a year. the US expected North Korea to collapse by now. the bribes paid by Japan and South Korea as well as the support from China have worked against US hopes.
